Bidding Process Overview

How to submit a bid

Click the QUOTES section in your left hand menu. This section contains a list of incoming quotes for you to bid on. Here you can submit and manage quotes and bids for each brand's Quote Request.
  • Click on the blue Product Number and name to view the garment tech pack and quote details.

  • Review the tech pack details for construction information. If anything is missing, you can message the designer. You can also print out the tech pack for your records or if you need a closer look.

  • Enter the quote PRICE PER UNIT for the quantity listed and add any notes about the production. Keep an eye on requested and due date for that bid

  • Submit the quote and you are all set!

You have 48 hours to respond to a bid before it is Overdue.
Once you submit a bid, an email will be sent alerting the brand.

Adding notes to my bid

Many brands will ask questions in the notes section of their quote request which are presented to you during the bidding process. Please respond to any questions and add any clarification around additional fees or requirements for your facility if necessary.

Sample vs. Production Bids

When you recieve a quote request, you will see the first field is for a production sample. This if for a brand to test or acquire a sew-by sample before production. When a brand wants an item sampled, they may want to include a round of review with subtle adjustments. Be sure to include what your sampling cost entails (1 round of minor revisions, etc). A production bid for 1, 10, 50 and 100 units should only be for the cost of labor PER UNIT for those quantities.

How to decline a bid quote request

Sometimes a product may not be a good fit for your capabilities. Luckily, declining a bid is as easy as a click!
