Shipping Your Direct-to-Consumer Orders

Once your products have been QA’d, they should be ready to ship at your discretion! 

If you are selling on the Nineteenth Amendment Marketplace, indicate your customer’s shipping status by entering the carrier and tracking number and clicking the X to a ✓. This will trigger a shipping notification to the customer that their item has been sent.

Below is a screen shot to add shipping information if you are shipping for the Nineteenth Amendment Marketplace:

To indicate an item has shipped:
  1. Click the down arrow next to the VIEW ORDERS for that size in your cut ticket.
  2. Locate the order you'd like to ship and enter the tracking number and shipping provider.
  3. Lastly, click the X to change to a check mark to confirm the shipment has been sent.
